What is Telemark Hills?

Telemark Hills is a new development of recreational homesites on the scenic property of the former Telemark Golf Course. As a team of experienced developers partners Fred, Matt, and Scott spent hours walking and exploring the Telemark Hills property to develop a long term vision of a trailside community adjacent to Mt. Telemark Village. Fred showcases local experience with similar developments at the Brook and Nordic Ridge neighborhoods and brings his specific vision and experience to Telemark Hills.

Telemark Hills will be a neighborhood of skiers, bikers, and nature enthusiasts who want trailside convenience. Owners will enjoy the privacy of a large lot neighborhood, but with trails that connect them to each other and to the larger trail systems nearby. Telemark Hills will have community trails that are maintained year-round including regular grooming in the winter. The trails will be multi-use; dog walking, snowshoeing, fat biking, mountain biking, running and skiing are all encouraged and will connect to the Mt. Telemark Village ski and bike trails and then on to the Birke trail and CAMBA mountain bike trails. Auction opens August 8, closes August 19 5:00pm
Minimum bid and market value $64,500; bid amounts beyond $64,500 will be considered a tax-deductible donation to the ABSF.
A deposit of $5,000 earnest money is required for the contract. Closing will take place in late 2024 or early 2025.
Lot number is 34, denoted on the map image
Lot is approximately 2 acres in size, however final acreage to be determined by final survey.
Offer to purchase will be subject to final survey and recordings.
